Nutella cakes

Light and low fat cakes you can enjoy without guilts. There is no sugar. The sweetness come from a couple of tea spoons of Nutella. There is no butter either. I use canola oil to bind all the ingredients together. These cares are certainly healthy and I enjoy with a cup of tea.




  1. Beat 2 eggs and 90g brown sugar until light and airy.

  2. Add 60g Nutella and mix well.

  3. Add bit by bit 190g plain flour and 10g baking powder. 

  4. Mix in 40ml natural oil of your choice ( I use canola).

  5. Spoon in 40ml fromage blanc ( plain yoghurt is good.substitute). Mix well to get a good thick batter.

  6. Pour in a well greased or non-stick mould. 

  7. Bake in the oven 160c Fan/ 180c traditional oven for 25 minutes.
