Chocolate cake
An easy chocolate cake. This recipe was created to make it easy for my son to whip up a chocolate cake when he wants. Instead of plan flour, self-raising flour is used. So there is no need for a baking powder. It is weighing and throwing all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat it. The glazing is luxurious and requires the best dark chocolate you can get but much easier to make than butter cream.
