I left a corporate Marketing job to start a family, not knowing how to cook. I essentially had to learn quickly as I had a small family to feed. One recipe at a time, I become fond of creating a meal that achieved flavours that I missed or craved. 17 years on, I have built binders of recipes that I keep cooking and baking for my family, friends and parties.
